The home has 32 rooms over two floors which can be accessed by stairs or the lift. We are registered for Adults who find it difficult to live independnetly on their own. We have a wet room and a hoist assisted baths. Our aim is for you to live at Leiston Old Abbey like you would at home.

The garden area to the front of the house has seating so you can see up the drive and watch nature at its best. There are two spacious lounges, a quiet lounge, and a spacious dining room to enyjoy your meals in. We have a large conservatory which overlooks a large enclosed garden surrounded by trees. In the summer months we have barbecues and garden fetes.
